Merchandise will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days of receiving your order. Items ship from our Orlando, Florida location. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service within the United States.
According to United States Postal Service's delivery schedule, priority mail for domestic shipping takes 2-3 business days and first class service takes 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be provided.
International orders will be shipped by United States International First Class or Priority Mail service. For international orders shipped via first class mail, delivery can take up to 21 business days. International Orders shipped priority mail may take up 14 business days. International customers will be responsible for customs handling, customs broker fee and duties that may be applicable to their order. Every country handles imported goods differently, customer has to check the customs duties in their country. Our prices and shipping charge do not include charges outside the United States of America.

We are confident that you will LOVE our products! However, if for any reason, you would like to return your items for a refund (less shipping and restocking fee), you may do so within 5 business days. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for the return. Items have to be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Customers are responsible for return postage. It is strongly recommended that return items are sent with a delivery confirmation. We can't be held responsible for items that are lost in transit for return.
You have 3 days from receiving your package to report any missing or damaged items. It is strongly recommended that you do so immediately. We inspect every item prior to shipping and take great care to safely ship your orders. We may request a picture of the damaged item prior to reshipping. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse orders to customers with excessive issues. Our effort and customer service is diligent. If for any reason, there are excessive issues, we strongly feel a relationship with another supplier would be beneficial to both parties. We reserve the right to replace damaged merchandise rather than issuing a refund at our discretion.
We make every effort to ensure that are products are packed well enough to sustain transit, however, due to the delicate nature of this product, a rhinestone may fall off during shipping. If that is the case, you may return the item for a refund or simply re-attach the rhinestones yourself using jewel glue.
We shall accept order cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped out from our company. Once order has been shipped, the order can be returned by following the return procedure as stated above.
OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally a purchased item may be out of stock at the time of shipping in which case you will be notified immediately and provided a refund for the out of stock item.
From time to time, we shall adjust the price on the items without notifying customers. Whenever the order has been placed, the adjusted price will not affect the price on their order.
